2. Quotes and Pricing

3. Artwork and Design Approvals

  • It is the client’s responsibility to check all artwork proofs carefully for errors (including spelling, dimensions, and layout).
  • Monaghan Signs takes no responsibility for errors discovered after the client has given final approval for the artwork.
  • Any creative design work produced by Monaghan Signs remains our intellectual property until paid for in full.

4. Vehicle Wraps and Installation

  • Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be delivered clean and free of wax, grease, or debris prior to wrap installation. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle requires washing.
  • Paint Condition: Monaghan Signs is not liable for damage to vehicle paintwork or clear coat upon the removal of vinyl wraps, especially if the vehicle has non-original (aftermarket) paint, existing damage, or poor-quality clear coat.
  • Installation Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of [Insert percentage, e.g., 50%] is required before commencement of design work or ordering of materials.
